2025-09-05 15:15:  The engineers have resolved the issue, and the mail servers are now once again accepting email deliveries, but things may be delayed as they work through the backlog.

2025-09-05 13:30:  There is a problem affecting the mail servers (SMTP) which is preventing new messages from going out or coming in.

The problem results in an error message of:
550 5.7.1 ... Relaying denied.  You must check for new email before sending.

Engineers are aware of the problem and are working on the issue currently.

2025-08-18:  Brief outage affecting mail and webmail servers in which webmail, imap, and smtp were unavailable.

2025-08-16, 2025-08-17:  Scheduled Maintenance Window
Our mail servers were migrated to a new data center which should result in a more optimized and reliable performance.
