We are aware that many of you are missing emails from your mailboxes or are having difficulty accessing your email account. Unfortunately, our email provider was unexpectedly acquired by a new company and is experiencing unprecedented service issues across their platform. We have been working diligently with the new provider with the hopes that the transfer would go smoothly, but this has resulted in email customer issues across their entire customer base. They are working to transfer all of your historical emails so that you will not experience any loss of data. We have been told that this is a very manually driven process and, unfortunately, have not been provided an estimated timeframe for completion. In the meantime, new messages should be arriving to your inboxes. Our priority is to ensure that your accounts are fully restored as soon as possible and to proactively provide all service updates as they become available. What can I do about old email that is missing?

The historical email has been restored. If you still are not seeing old emails but are receiving new ones, please send an email to resync-me@everyone.net. The email doesn't have to have anything specific in it but has to come from the email address that is going to be restored. You will get an email notifying you that you are added to the queue. 

My email ends in @wt.net. Why is my email not working?

WT.net is now working again. If you are not able to log into webmail, please fill out the form below and specify that you can not log into webmail and we will reset your password. You can also do it through Account Maintenance.

My email ends in @shreve.net or @tomatoweb.com. Why is my email not working?

The problem with @shreve.net and @tomatoweb.com email addresses has been resolved.  There is a lost of email during the time when it has been down. To recover the email from before the problem, send an email to resync-me@everyone.net  from the email address you want to recover. For more information, please refer to Missing Email If you are getting an Invalid Username/password message, please refer to the FAQ for your specific situation. Password resets can be done through Account Maintenance or requested through the form below.

How can I fix webmail telling me that my username and password is invalid?

The email server is having problems with alternate domains. At least for the time being, you will need to use the primary domain as part of your username to login. For example, if your email address is myname@telis.org, you will need to log into webmail using myname@telis.net. This does not mean that people can not send email to myname@telis.org. It just means you have to use the myname@telis.net to log in to webmail. You will find a list of the primary and alternate domains by clicking here.

If your email address has a domain as an alternate, you will require a password reset. Complete the form below to submit that request. If you want to include your password to make sure it agrees with the one we have on file, please do. We will contact you before the reset if they do not agree.

How can I fix my email program telling me that my username and password are invalid?

How can I fix my email program if I am getting a different error or there is no email?

If you are trying to use an email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, MacMail, or an app on your phone and you are getting timeouts, server not found, not showing email, and/or not sending email, you might want to double check the recommended settings.

Incoming Server: mail.sitestar.net
Use SSL/TLS: Yes
Port(IMAP): 993
Port(POP3): 995

Outgoing Server: mail.sitestar.net
Use SSL/TLS: Yes
Port(SMTP) 465
Authenticate use the same settings as incoming.
The username and password field is not optional.

Username:

1) full email address or

2) email address with the primary domain used. For example, if your email address is myname@telis.org, you will need to change the username in your email client to myname@telis.net.

What do I do if I am sure I am using the right username and settings but getting password errors still?

If you have double-checked everything else and getting authentication/password errors, you will need to reset your password. Complete the form below to submit that request. If you want to include your password to make sure it agrees with the one we have on file, please do. We will contact you before the reset if they do not agree.    

My email is not being forwarded like before. How do I fix this?

If your email forwarding is not working since the transition, 1)log into Webmail, 2) Goto Preferences (Gear symbol)->Advanced.  3) Look for the Forwarding option and make sure the email address you want the email sent to is in the field. 4) Save 

Why can't I have my classic webmail back?

Since this is a new program, it is not possible to use the old formats. You can make an adjustment to make it more similar to classic.  Click on the View button in the top left corner and select the Horizontal Split Pane. If you want a smaller font, you can adjust that under Preferences (Gear Icon) and adjust the Font Size under the General Option.

Password resets* will be done as quick as possible. A notification sent to the alt. email. If no alt. we will make the change and contact you as soon as we can. )

*If a password is reset, we will reset it to the last password we have on file unless you submit your password. If they disagree, we will contact you first.
